Winsford Social Housing Community

Overview

This residential community in Winsford, Cheshire, combines flats and houses occupied by social housing tenants. The homes are arranged around a garden to the rear, which can only be accessed through the properties.

Our Project

HD Scaffolding was approached to provide a solution for high level access and work areas to enable a re-roofing project. This involved design and installation of a scaffold that provided boarded lift access at two levels to enable the roofing contractor to reach the roof line for the flats and houses.

Scaffolding was required to the front and back of the properties, which involved gaining access and moving materials into place through properties, demanding a sensitive approach from the HD Scaffolding team.
